Group Reporting Manager

Goodman Masson are supporting a very successful PE-backed Real Estate business on their search for a Group Reporting Manager.

Location: Central London - hybrid working

This role is a pivotal part of a very successful Financial Reporting department that has seen a lot of growth over the past couple of years. Main responsibilities include:

• Managing the monthly reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Implementing and monitoring internal controls to maintain a robust financial control environment.
• Supporting the coordination and preparation for annual audits across group companies and subsidiaries.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate efficient financial operations.
• Line managing a small team of direct reports.

The ideal candidate:

• ACA or ACCA qualified with at least two years post-qualification experience out of practice.
• Real Estate or Hospitality / Leisure experience; ideally working for a large multi-site, operational business.
• Strong reporting and technical skills; the ability to manage a month-end process from end-to-end.
• Experience assisting with the production of year-end statutory reporting.
