Job Description

Prebookers is a hospitality consultancy specialising in sales and marketing for the hospitality industry. We work with brands to establish their pre-booked sales growth potential. We then identify the solutions best designed to maximise that opportunity.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Prebookers team and work with our fantastic portfolio of hospitality companies. Our clients include premium rooftop venues, unique pubs, national restaurant brands, experience venues, and event spaces. You will be someone who has the ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and able to take on a proactive sales role to ensure client needs and KPIs are met. You will work to identify new streams of business and grow corporate sales, both through the direct and agency channels.

About you

  • Enthusiastic, positive, energetic, and self-motivating
  • Desire to succeed in all challenges
  • Good understanding of the hospitality industry (bars, restaurants, pubs)
  • Passion for selling and hitting targets/bonus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Ability to nurture, build, and manage external relationships
  • Learning agility and adaptable, able to embrace and manage change
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Familiar using CRM systems (Collins, SevenRooms, ResDiary, etc.)

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Working on consultancy projects across sales, marketing, and events with our clients to deliver required results
  • Using booking systems to grow and manage pipelines
  • Working with clients to establish their sales growth potential
  • Meeting customers face to face for show rounds
  • Helping to create sales plans to achieve KPIs
  • Reacting quickly to all incoming enquiries (phone, email, website) and converting efficiently
  • Administration such as invoicing, contracts, function sheets, reporting, and pre-orders
  • Being confident talking on the phone and closing deals
  • Communicating regularly with your line manager and the client team
  • Being presentable at all times (virtual & in person)
  • Being organised and efficient using calendar, emails & CRM correctly
  • Being proactive by contacting previous bookers and sourced data
  • Using LinkedIn to promote the client, network, research, and reach out to local businesses
  • Being creative and resourceful
