Job Title: Flexible Teacher
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Salary: £93 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or Easter 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Part-time can be arranged for the right candidate)

GSL Education are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Flexible Teacher to join a vibrant secondary mainstream school in Fareham. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who is eager to make a positive impact on students' learning journeys.

About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across various subjects and year groups.
• Adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with staff to maintain a high standard of education.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience in teaching across different year groups and subjects is advantageous.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
• An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, with any gaps explained).
• An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
