A well-established, small residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking to add a hardworking Site Manager to their close-knit team. The successful Site Manager will join a small team specializing in bespoke residential luxury one-off builds and refurbishment projects throughout London, Surrey, and the home counties. They offer a stable and long-term opportunity with great support and development prospects - it's a day rate opportunity but with longevity in mind.
The Site Manager's RoleThe successful Site Manager will be on a £2 million refurbishment in Hampstead. The basement has been completed, so it's on to the luxury refurbishment and fit-out. On a prime house in Hampstead and with an incredible build team behind you, you'll be responsible for delivering an extremely high-quality refurbishment and fit-out. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project with support from a visiting contracts manager and a direct line to the director of the business, who remains hands-on.
The Site Manager - Requirements- High-end residential experience with £1 - £3 million budgets
- Excellent organizational & team management skills
- Good computer skills
- A valid driving license
- Experience with Pro Core is a plus but not necessary
