Production Manager, Poole, £50,000 (negotiable DOE)

Are you an experienced Production Manager with a passion for driving operational excellence? Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to lead their production operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

As Production Manager, you will:

1. Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
2. Lead and develop a high-performing production team.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives.
5. Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve production targets.
6. Ensure adherence to industry and company standards.

As Production Manager, you will have:

1. Proven experience in FMCG production management with strong leadership skills.
2. Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-volume operations.
4. Excellent knowledge of health & safety and quality compliance.
