About Our Client

Established, inquisitive business requires a Finance Manager for initially 12 months.

Due to the ambitious growth of the business, a high calibre finance professional is required who can start ideally within the next 4 weeks.

Job Description

Reporting to a Finance Director, the role is varied and includes:

  • Overseeing and timely compilation of the monthly management accounts
  • Overseeing and managing the Balance Sheet ensuring all accounts are reconciled
  • Management of the company's cash flow models
  • Creation of the yearly financial budget, quarterly forecasts and financial projections
  • Working closely with the sales and purchase ledger to ensure accurate MI
  • Reviewing finance processes to identify efficiencies
  • Work closely with the business to ensure tight control of all overhead areas and finance processes
  • Working closely with external auditors on statutory and internal audit reports
  • Management of a small team

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you will be a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA), although Qualified by Experience will also be considered.

You will have experience in Management Accounts, managing a small team and have excellent Excel skills.

In addition, you will also be a team player, passionate about delivering improvements and efficiencies, and being commercially focused are also required.

What's on Offer

The role offers a salary of circa £55,000 - £60,000 (negotiable for the right candidate) with a wide range of additional benefits.
