The Role

SSEN Transmission Offshore Delivery is currently recruiting for an experienced Onsite Project Administrator to join our Eastern Green Link 2 Project team based at Peterhead, Aberdeenshire.

You Will

  • Assist the project teams with general administration duties such as booking meeting rooms, ordering stationary and booking travel.
  • Greet visitors and new starts on site, such as STEM Groups.
  • Support the onsite Project Management Team, coordinating onsite meetings and taking minutes at these meetings.
  • Manage project trackers for site personnel and fleet vehicles.
  • Perform other general administration duties.

You Have

  • Good literacy and communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • An analytical and systematic approach to problem solving, able to use own initiative while contributing to effective team working.
  • Previous experience in an administration role is essential, as are excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • A high regard for safety, both for yourself and your surroundings at all times is imperative.
