We are a dedicated home visit team providing essential hearing care services to patients in their homes and care facilities across Oldham. Our mission is to ensure those who struggle to visit a store receive high-quality hearing support in a comfortable and familiar environment.

Role Description

This is a part-time domiciliary role for a Hearing Care Assistant located in the Oldham area, United Kingdom. The Hearing Care Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with their hearing needs, performing fitting and repairs on both NHS and private hearing aids, providing support and care to individuals with hearing impairments, and wax removal. Duties include taking care of patients with dementia, and providing excellent caregiving services.

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Experience in Dementia Care and Caregiving
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
