Car Sales Executive - Reading

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Car Sales Executive to join our client's high-performing dealership, representing a well-respected brand based in Reading.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in car sales, excellent organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to perform under pressure to achieve business objectives. Our client is also willing to offer an opportunity to someone looking to break into the motor trade industry, with full training provided.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

1. Welcome and engage customers both in the showroom and on the forecourt.
2. Identify and understand customers' preferences to suggest suitable vehicles.
3. Provide comprehensive details about vehicle features (new & used), options, and warranties.
4. Accompany potential buyers on test drives.
5. Discuss and agree on pricing, sale terms, and financing options with customers.
6. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
7. Must hold a valid UK driver's licence.

The Package:

£20,000 basic salary with an OTE of £45,000 Uncapped.

Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm / Saturdays: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm - Designated day off in the week. No Sundays, which means it is a 5-day week every week. 1 late shift required until 9:00pm on either a Tuesday or Thursday.
