We are a growing marketing agency looking for a Freelance Sales and Business Development Manager to help us generate and close leads. This is a commission-only role, offering 10% per closed sale, with an opportunity to scale your earnings each month.

About the role:

Responsibilities

• Finding & qualifying leads – Identifying potential clients who fit our ideal customer profile.
• Setting appointments – Booking strategy calls via Calendly for potential clients to speak with our founder.
• Following up on proposals – Ensuring clients receive and review their customised proposals after strategy calls.
• Nurturing and closing deals – Maintaining communication with leads, answering their questions, and helping close sales.
• Tracking progress – Keeping an updated sales pipeline and reporting on leads, deals, and progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
• Proven experience in email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
• Start-up or agency experience preferred
• Demonstrated sales success and strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication, digital, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working remotely and self-motivated
