Corporate Governance Recruitment Specialist - IT Internal Audit

We are proud to be working with a FTSE 100 multinational organisation in their search for an IT Internal Audit Manager to join their dynamic and high-performing audit team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global market leader, operating across multiple regions with revenues in the billions. You’ll play a key role in driving IT audit strategy, engaging directly with senior leadership, and gaining broad international exposure in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Designing and delivering a robust IT audit plan aligned to key technology and cyber risks.
2. Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape audit scope and priorities.
3. Leading and managing IT audit engagements, including coordination with external audit partners.
4. Producing high-quality insights and recommendations for Executive and Board-level reporting.
5. Embedding the use of data analytics across IT audit processes.
6. Strengthening governance, risk management, and internal controls across global operations.

What we’re looking for:

1. Extensive experience in IT audit within a large, international business.
2. Strong knowledge of IT risk, cyber security, cloud, and digital transformation.
3. Familiarity with governance and security frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO27001, ITIL.
4. Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to engage effectively with CIOs, CISOs, and senior leadership.
