Interim Fleet Management Consultant

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in North Yorkshire to assist with the appointment of an Interim Fleet Management Consultant on a 6-month contract, likely to be extended at the client's discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £31.50 - £39.62 per Hour

Responsibilities:

• Support O-License holder(s) and H&S/compliance of all drivers
• An on-going vehicle replacement plan including budget
• Develop a fleet decarbonisation plan
• Support savings initiatives
• Management of pool cars
• Management of vehicle workshops

Required Experience:

• Significant operational experience of fleet management, with technical capability for assuring compliance and health and safety
• Successful track record in delivering the transformation of fleet services
• Credible senior leadership experience to develop strategic approaches with key stakeholders.

Availability:

• You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
• You should have the right to work in the U.K.
