HRGO are recruiting a Training & Development Administrator on a temp to perm basis for our client in the Deeside area. You will be working for a leading global manufacturer within the HR department, assisting with the administration of the training and development of the site.
Role: Training & Development Administrator
Pay: £28,000 (paid in hourly rate whilst temporary with HRGO) Location: Deeside Contract Type: Temp to perm Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm This role is based fully onsite, there is no remote working.
Responsibilities
Provide admin support for the Training & Development department
Manage database for training, including employee records and course lists
Coordinating trainee courses and assessments
Provide support for audits, both internal and external
Support the employee onboarding process and HSE Compliance
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential
Previous experience in an admin role is essential
Able to work unsupervised in a team-based environment
Proficient in Microsoft packages and SAP
