This role is offered on permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our London or Corby office.

We are seeking a Reward Manager to join our Group Reward Team which supports all aspects of Reward across RS Group. You will be responsible for delivering high quality, seamless reward processes across the Group, acting as a reward subject matter expert.

What you will be doing:

  1. Develop and execute annual compensation and benefits processes including managing the annual pay review, annual incentive plan across the group and UK Benefits annual enrolment process.
  2. Providing high quality, pragmatic reward advice and guidance to help the business maximise its reward investment and attract and retain the best people. Undertake job evaluations, and pay benchmarking as required.
  3. Lead the global recognition programme – Spotlight.
  4. Working closely with people team leaders to ensure that what is delivered in the reward space supports the overall people strategy.
  5. Support the VP of Reward with the global benefits strategy and any initiatives including communications, stakeholder management, wholescale system changes, and documentation.

About you:

  1. Demonstratable experience of leading pay and bonus cycles in multi-national businesses.
  2. Experience of partnering with People teams and senior leaders to develop effective reward solutions.
  3. Experience of managing global brokers, 3rd party providers including retendering of benefits, renewals and supplier performance management.
  4. A good knowledge of the benefits marketplace in the UK and in particular latest developments in flexible benefits design and application.
  5. Strong understanding of reward fundamentals such as job evaluation, pay benchmarking, annual incentive plans, recognition etc.
  6. Experience of compensation and benefits management systems.
