The role

As Project Director, you will oversee the delivery of a £75m earthworks project in, Inverness. You will lead the project from conception to completion, interacting with both internal stakeholders and the client. You must be able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results and ensure the project is delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget. Main responsibilities:

Develop and manage project budgets
Carry out health and safety procedures
Supporting and leading the project team
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment
Assemble project team and assign tasks to team member
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Monitor progress of project team by holding reviews regularly
Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
