Project Manager – IBA Finance (12-Month FTC)

Are you a detail-driven Project Manager with a passion for finance operations and process improvement? Join PIB Group on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in enhancing efficiency and control within our IBA Finance Team.

What You’ll Do:

1. Identify and deliver process improvements to streamline operations and strengthen the control environment.
2. Ensure smooth transitions of new activities into the IBA team.
3. Support system and operational testing to meet project deadlines.
4. Investigate and resolve CASS Client Money breaches and other control issues.
5. Assist in key strategic projects, including aged balance clearance.
6. Provide regular progress updates to the IBA Leadership Team to drive decision-making.
7. Work closely with stakeholders across the business, ensuring Group CASS/IBA policies are effectively embedded.
8. Support audits, statutory requirements, and training initiatives within the team.

What You Bring:

1. Experience with broking systems like Acturis, Websure, and Brokasure.
2. Strong understanding of FCA CASS regulations.
3. Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
4. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
5. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
