What You'll Do

As a Team Administrator, you'll be the backbone of the Technical team, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your role will include:

  • Diary Management - Coordinate senior team schedules and organise key internal and external meetings.
  • Committee Support - Assist with committee papers, diary coordination, and action follow-ups.
  • Project Administration - Keep the team on track by maintaining the project action register.
  • Event Planning - Organise team-building events and external meetings with stakeholders.
  • Purchase Administration - Manage purchase requisitions and ensure procurement compliance.
  • Meeting Minutes - Capture key discussions and communicate them effectively.
