Vice President

We are seeking a Vice President to join our Strategic Finance practice in London, where you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our firm and its reputation for delivering high-quality consulting services to Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in a top-tier private equity firm, investment bank, or consulting firm, with a strong background in strategic finance and transactional finance. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, managing work streams, developing financial models, conducting due diligence, and synthesizing actionable insights from data sets.

Job Title: Vice President, Strategic Finance

Location: London

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (dependent on experience)

• Lead client engagements and manage work streams to agreed timelines
• Develop financial models to drive operational and transactional insights

• Synthesize actionable insights from data sets and unstructured information sources
• Construct impactful reports and presentations to enhance stakeholders' understanding of business trends and drivers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related qualification
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in a top-tier private equity firm, investment bank, or consulting firm
• Strong background in strategic finance and transactional finance
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling and valuation skills
