Your next role

A leading UK real estate developer is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to play a key role in shaping major mixed-use developments. This role will involve financial modelling, strategic planning, and analysis across large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for large-scale mixed-use projects.
  2. Lead financial elements of the annual business plan and quarterly reporting.
  3. Support the refinancing of development and investment loans.
  4. Conduct financial analysis for new development sites, including debt structuring, equity financing, and joint-venture scenarios.
  5. Run master planning scenarios and present financial insights to internal stakeholders and investors.
  6. Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

About You:

  1. 1-2 years experience working as a Real Estate Analyst.
  2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with experience in financial modelling.
  3. Understanding of real estate finance, including debt structuring and investment returns.
  4. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
  6. Prior experience in real estate, corporate finance, or investment analysis is desirable.
