Billing Administrator

As a Billing Administrator at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever-growing established recycling and recovery company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

What will I be doing?

• We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join the team working on the sales invoicing and month-end process for the billing team.
• Adhering to the monthly deadlines, responsibilities include a varied host of administrative tasks, such as monitoring invoice runs and processing work requests for our many varied client accounts.
• Managing your own workload, you will be ensuring all invoices are processed and sent to clients in a way that suits them. This involves communicating with both the customer and our internal account managers on a regular basis both verbally and via email.

What are the requirements?

• You will have strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Being highly organized with excellent customer service skills is essential, as well as being a team player and working from your own initiative.
• Having previous experience dealing with invoices would be advantageous, as well as working in a busy working environment.
