Accounts Payable Administrator

Founded in 2014, RIOLONDON is a London-based interior architecture and design studio. We’re a tight-knit team of designers, architects, project managers, and procurement specialists working with industry-leading clients across Europe.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a part-time bookkeeper to help keep our financial operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our books are in order, payments are on time, and financial reports are accurate – all while working in a collaborative and inspiring environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Keeping Finances in Check – Processing invoices, managing payments, and reconciling supplier statements.
  • Bank Reconciliations – Ensuring our accounts stay balanced and up to date.
  • Tracking Expenses – Accurately categorising transactions and keeping financial records organised.
  • Financial Reporting – Preparing simple yet crucial financial reports to support decision-making.
  • VAT Returns – Assisting with VAT preparation and submissions.
  • Software Management – Using and maintaining financial software (Xero, Approvalmax).
  • General Admin Support – Helping out with ad hoc administrative tasks when needed.
Who You Are
  • Experienced in bookkeeping, preferably in a small business setting.
  • AAT Level 3 qualified or above.
  • Proficient in Xero (knowledge of Approvalmax is a plus!).
  • A detail-oriented, organised professional with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Familiar with VAT regulations (or eager to learn).
  • Available to work two days per week from our Central London office (with one WFH day).
