Are you an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, looking to take the next step in your career?

My client is offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate level Building Surveyor to develop the Building Surveying team and strengthen their own career and skill set, supported by the wider multi-disciplinary consultancy. Due to continued and sustained expansion of our Building Surveying discipline, they are looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor in Leeds or Manchester. This opportunity will see you delivering exciting projects across a range of sectors to include education, healthcare, commercial, central government, defence, and retail.

Within this role, you will be working closely with your Director, supporting all aspects of the bidding process and business development activities.

Our ideal Principal Building Surveyor must have:
  1. Excellent technical knowledge of building principles, preparing plans and specifications
  2. Relevant experience working within the Building Surveying industry as a Chartered Surveyor
  3. JCT and NEC3 contract administration experience
  4. The ability to monitor and report on progress and expenditure of projects, with sound knowledge of drafting technical documents
