Top 3 global commodity trading house seeks a dynamic Energy Trading Business Change Manager (internal consultant role) to join their Global Business Change Team (internal consultancy), working closely with their Credit Risk Team out of their Central London office.

This position is looking for a superstar, so you need to be very bright, dynamic, with a strong track record of success, working with demanding senior stakeholders and driving projects/change in trading businesses, ideally with strong external consulting experience. This is thus an ideal opportunity for an experienced energy trading business change management consultant with strong credit risk experience who wants to move in-house and work directly for the client / trading business.

Joining their global business change team in London, you'll report into their Global Head of Business Change but also indirectly into their Global Head of Credit Risk Management and his Global Credit Risk Trading Team, across their London, Singapore and Houston offices.

Key Skills & Experience Sought:

• Strong energy or commodity trading business knowledge experience gained working either in an industry role (Risk Analyst, Product Control Analyst etc) or a Business Analyst, Business Change Analyst/Manager or Project Manager role.
• Specific Energy Trading Credit Risk expertise is 100% essential for this role.
• Physical Oil, Natural Gas and/or LNG Trading experience is most highly sought but you could have worked in Power, Ags, Softs, Metals or Emissions Trading as well.
• Ideally you will have worked in management consulting (Big 4 or similar) working on-site at rival tier one commodity trading houses, or smaller trading business. Previous tier one external consultancy experience is highly desired.
• This is a Senior Consultant to Manager grade position in consulting terms, as is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA), Business Change Analyst (BCA), Business Change Manager (BCM) or Project Manager (PM), but is not suitable for Senior Managers or Directors.
