Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor 4+ years PQE looking for an opportunity to join a growing, reputable practice based in Southampton, Hampshire?

The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor 4+ years PQE to join a well-recognised practice based in Southampton, Hampshire.

You work with the other partners to drive the department forward. You will deal with all aspects of Acquisitions and disposals, Real estate finance, Development, Lease extensions and much more. A significant number of the firms' instructions come from existing clients and recommendations resulting in a strong HNW client base.

Requirements

1. You will be a qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of PQE)
2. You will be commercially minded, and have great communication skills
3. You will have a strong technical knowledge of the commercial property practice
