Overview
The team operates as a Central Digital Team, responsible for overseeing digital strategies across 17 markets in Europe. The structure includes a Digital Manager, a Digital Associate Director, & a Hub Lead reporting into the Digital Business Director. It's a global role with close collaboration with local market teams in each region, ensuring consistent execution and alignment. The team drives centralized digital strategies, providing guidance, best practices, and support to local teams focused on delivering data-driven performance and optimizing media effectiveness. Responsibilities
As an Associate Director, you'll play a key role in driving growth by partnering with one of our long-standing, dynamic brands. You'll work closely with the Digital Hub Lead and Channel Leads, shaping and executing digital performance media strategies across 17 European markets.

To thrive in this role, you should have experience in an activation-focused position and be prepared to take on a more strategic and impactful role. Ideally having experience with a variety of channels such as, Programmatic, Paid Search, Retail Media, Meta, and TikTok.
