CMM Programmer

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £35,000 DOE plus overtime

Hours: 40 hours per week (Apply online only) Monday to Friday - Paid lunch

The Company

A precision manufacturer based in the Portsmouth area are looking to build their team of quality inspectors.

The Role

Quality Inspector CMM Programmer within a well-established F1 business based in Portsmouth, operating in a fast-paced quality driven environment.

The Candidate

Successful applicants must:

1. Be able to inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, verniers, gauges, etc.
2. Be familiar with ISIR and FAIR procedures
3. Be able to document and maintain records of measurement and testing.
4. Complete NCRs and advise on concessions.
5. Be able to interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
6. Be flexible, able to work overtime as and when required.

Role Requirements:

1. 2 years minimum in manufacturing
2. Hexagon Romer Arm with PowerInspect software
3. QCT4 CNC CMM with QCT Inspect 3D Pro Software
4. DEA Mistral Manual CMM with CMM Manager
5. Hexagon Romer Arm with CMM Manager
6. Experience with manual CMM
7. Confident user of all measurement tools including verniers, calipers, etc.
