Location: Remote based - with learner observations in Norwich and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £32,000 (Level 4/5 delivery HSC) plus performance-related bonuses

As a PT, you will support a caseload of learners with progressive visits, observations, and providing outstanding teaching and learning to further enhance the knowledge and teaching our learners receive from our recently introduced Elevate programme.
You will use our sophisticated LMS system BUD to monitor your learners' progress and work in collaboration with our Learning Support for any learners who require Functional Skills or Additional Learning Support, ensuring that every learner is at the heart of what we do.
If you have experience of supporting learners by delivering innovative, impactful, and engaging remote sessions, with a strong background and knowledge in the Health and Social Care Sector at a senior or managerial level, with the ability to stretch and challenge your learners to continually develop, apply now!
