Base pay range

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
• Undertake market research and ensure timely and appropriate response to competitor / market intelligence.
• Translate business opportunities into a viable product, highlighting product relevance and profitability, implementation, and management.
• Produce effective and detailed reports on project development.
• Work effectively with internal stakeholders including the Trade team and Operations units to ensure excellent customer service and product delivery.
• Develop and maintain a range of analysis to extract information and deliver meaningful analysis across the business.
• Check the appropriateness of all analysis requests to ensure the business is making the best possible decisions based on known information.
• Identify and develop processes and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help the team in achieving the SBU profitability target as set out in the budget.
• Assist with ensuring containment of operational losses and fraud and minimize regulatory infringement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer relationship management or sales role, minimum of 4 years.
• Strong knowledge in Trade Finance.
• Proven track record in identifying opportunities and turning them into viable new product offerings.
• Teamwork and leadership skills essential.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
