The Opportunity

We seek a highly experienced consultant, sales leader, or director looking for a dynamic career change—someone who values an entrepreneurial lifestyle, ethical luxury, and sustainability. Age is no barrier; we actively encourage applications from young to seasoned professionals 50+ with refined expertise in business development, lead qualification, sales processes, and appointment scheduling. However relevant transferable experience is what we seek and reward.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Business Development – Identify and approach high-net-worth clients (HNWI), execute lead qualification, and drive sales processes to close high-value orders.
  2. Opening & Closing Sales Opportunities – Develop strong client relationships, overcome objections, and confidently secure sales from initial outreach to final purchase.
  3. Cold Calling & Lead Generation – Strategically engage new prospects, book appointments, schedule meetings, and create ongoing sales pipelines.
  4. Sales Meetings & Presentations – Deliver high-impact presentations, build trust, and secure client commitments.
  5. Client Relationship Management – Act as a trusted advisor in luxury bespoke tailoring, maintaining and growing a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  6. Scheduling Management – Ensure seamless coordination of appointment scheduling to align with the demanding schedules of elite clients.
  7. Training Programs & Teamwork – Collaborate with colleagues to sharpen sales techniques, refine lead generation strategies, and enhance the firm’s overall growth.
