Location: South West London, London | Hours: Full time | Contract: Permanent | Salary: Competitive plus benefits including overtime

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team in a full-time role, starting at a junior level. With great prospects for advancement, you will start learning about our business culture, equipment, and team. The job would involve working in our warehouse and office in Wimbledon. There is the opportunity to quickly progress to working on and planning live events, supporting our project management team.

Salary is negotiable subject to experience and overtime is readily available.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learning all company processes and systems
  • Supporting project managers in the sales and planning process
  • Supporting the warehouse with equipment maintenance, testing and preparation
  • Support project management team in planning live events
  • Van driving as required
  • Support onsite with equipment installation and event delivery
  • Operating technical equipment on live events following training
  • Shadowing and supporting project managers on site during live events

EXPERIENCE & SKILL - ESSENTIAL

  • The position is perfect for someone looking to create a career in live event production
  • Previous experience is not essential, but an understanding and knowledge of event lighting, audio and video systems would be ideal
  • An organised, reliable, motivated team player
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • A good understanding of standard office-based IT systems
  • A clean driving license (due to insurance purposes we are only able to accept applicants aged 21 and over)

Please note this role requires occasional weekend work (options available for time in lieu / overtime)
