Requirements
What's Cooking in This Role?
  • Be the go-to guru for managers on all things employee relations from tricky conversations to championing best practices.
  • Lead investigations with confidence, delivering top-notch reports and recommendations.
  • Support managers with flexible working requests, sickness absence, TUPE, and contractual queries keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Coach and empower our leadership teams with engaging, practical training on ER issues.
  • Keep ahead of the curve with employment law updates ensuring we stay compliant and progressive.
  • Help shape and review policies to make them clear, fair, and totally aligned with ProCook's values.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • A strong knowledge of employment law and ER best practices (you know your stuff!).
  • Brilliant people skills - you're a natural communicator who can guide and influence with ease.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach - always looking for better ways to do things.
  • Super organizational skills and eagle-eyed attention to detail.
  • The ability to coach and inspire managers to bring out the best in their teams.
  • CIPD qualification would be a bonus.
