Job Description:

We are thrilled to welcome an experienced leader to our new Penrith store! As the Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will provide authentic customer connections and work in partnership with your Store Manager to drive a successful business. You will train the team to become passionate and experienced stylists, exceed KPI targets, and work together to achieve incredible results.

Responsibilities:

• Drive an exceptional and inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
• Inspire those around you by leading by example
• Work with the Store Manager to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with the team
• Drive and manage KPIs daily
• Support in coaching and developing your team consistently to foster their development
• Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets, and budgets
• Support with stock, operations, and visual merchandising
• Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop, and influence others
• Act as a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day

Ideal Experience:

• Minimum 1+ years experience in fashion retail as a manager
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and work in partnership with a Store Manager
• Proven track record of driving budgets and achieving exceptional sales results
• Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business
• Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
• Capability to drive a positive culture and one team environment
• Self-motivated and a strong communicator
