About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Wellbeing Team! This role will primarily promote and monitor the RAFA Women’s Wellbeing Network (WWN) which is a new service that has been created to support the health and wellbeing within the growing number of female personnel within the RAF. Engaging with multiple stakeholders and partners, the role is key to reducing barriers to engagement through outreach, advice, information, and clear signposting across the Association’s wider programme of wellbeing support. About you
Experience of project management is highly desirable although not essential. We need you to be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. You’ll need to have an understanding of wellbeing products and services (training will be provided) along with the creative ability to confidently translate and adapt complex written information into digestible content and to give interesting and informative presentations to a range of audiences. Working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, you will also be involved in supporting the development and introduction of new systems and processes. Overall, if you’re a great team player, but able to work independently using your own initiative, then this could be a great opportunity to progress your career within a growing and supportive team.
