Role Overview

Lead the development and execution of our city/town sales strategy, building and managing a network of state/regional sales teams while driving revenue growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute city/town-level sales strategy
  • Build and manage city/town-level sales teams
  • Drive revenue growth and market penetration
  • Establish and maintain high-value client relationships
  • Oversee commission structures and team performance
  • Report directly to international management
