Job Title: M&A Technology - Senior Analyst

Location: London, UK

Our client, a mid-market boutique investment bank, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join their M&A Technology team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. This is a plug-and-play role, requiring an individual who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation of potential M&A targets
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial models and reports
• Support senior team members in the execution of M&A transactions
• Perform market research and industry analysis to identify potential opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations and pitch materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution

Qualifications:

• ACA qualified (strongly preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in M&A
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Right to work in the UK
• Available to start around May-June.
