We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Used Van Sales Executive to join my client's team in the Southwest. About The Role:

As a Used Van Sales Executive, you will be the key contact for customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey, delivering outstanding service while meeting sales targets. You'll receive comprehensive training on sales processes, compliance, and manufacturer products to ensure you can confidently support customers with vehicle, finance, and insurance options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service, ensuring positive outcomes for every customer interaction.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing journey, from enquiry to vehicle handover.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Promote finance, insurance products, and optional extras.
  • Prospect and generate leads through multiple marketing channels.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, features, and manufacturer options.
  • Ensure compliance with all sales, finance, and insurance regulations.
