Job Description

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.
• Oversee the design and content of all email communications.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of email campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with other marketing and agency departments to enhance campaigns.
• Plan campaigns and maintain all campaign and lifecycle CRM.
• Work with CRM agencies to launch new CRM system.
• Work with data lists to segment and identify target markets.
• Set up and maintain e-marketing workflows.
• Plan campaigns and lead generation across the marketing mix for product and sector launches.
• Collaborate with digital colleagues to gain paid search, SEO and online conversions to optimise all enquiries.
• Manage and plan the annual content and social plan.
• Maintain social media calendar and community chat across social channels (FB, Insta, Twitter, LI, Tik Tok) through scheduling software.
• Online content creation - planning, researching, writing and asset creation using software or freelance support.

The Successful Applicant

A successful E-mail Marketing Manager should have:
