Company Overview:

Action Sustainability is a leading consultancy with the aim of inspiring sustainable business. Our team comprises 60+ full and part-time employees and associates. Many of our clients are sector leaders on sustainability and supply chain issues and we are proud of our reputation for leading the thinking in this area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understanding the objectives of the Supply Chain Sustainability School and the client audience
  2. Day-to-day management of the content within the school resource library
  3. Building relationships with the School Partners and School subject matter experts (internal and external colleagues) to ensure that any new, key resources are included in the library
  4. Maintaining a broad understanding of the key topics in the School
  5. Managing how the wider team adds content and resources into the knowledge library
  6. Supporting the content strategy ensuring that systems and processes are adhered to
  7. Working closely with the Marketing Team to ensure that new knowledge is communicated and promoted to members of the School
  8. Working closely with our internal team to ensure the School platforms run smoothly
  9. Feeding into the overall marketing strategy to ensure that industry news and relevant new legislation are reflected in the School campaigns
  10. Working within the CMS Team to update and maintain the webpages
  11. Working closely with the e-learning development team to ensure high quality content is produced
About You:
  1. Educated to a Degree level or hold relative industry experience
  2. At least one year's experience working in a commercial environment
  3. Experience working with Learning Management Systems is desirable
  4. Hold an understanding and passion for sustainability
  5. IT savvy with database systems
  6. Flexible, adaptable and a desire to learn
  7. A self-starter who can work to specific timescales and meet targets
  8. Able to understand complex library systems, data and logic relationships
  9. Organised with keen attention to detail and able to multi-task on various projects
  10. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  11. Comfortable working with numbers and handling data
  12. Forward thinking and innovative
