Opportunity Overview

Wolviston Management Services are working with BellBridge who is seeking to engage E&I Planning services to support multiple defined CAPEX & OPEX projects on a major chemical manufacturing facility in Teesside. Delivering planning and coordination services across maintenance, defect, and shutdown work scopes in a high-hazard operational environment.

Scope of Services:

1. Support the planning of maintenance, defect resolution and modifications for mini and major events
2. Compilation and management of full event worklists including Job Method Sheets and job packs
3. Coordination of shutdown preparations, schedules, and compliance tracking
4. Ensure work activities are aligned with overall event plans and completed within agreed timescales
5. Attend worklist and planning meetings with work managers and engineers
6. Identify work requiring lift plans, JSAs, long-lead items, and special materials
7. Estimate man-hours and interface planning across disciplines
8. Develop detailed execution schedules and progress tracking tools
9. Day-to-day coordination with supervisors and planning of emergent work
10. Liaise with procurement, workshop, and contractors to support material flow
11. Support fabrication planning and 'bag & tag' processes for emergent tasks
12. Update planning systems with as-built data and archive all project documentation

1. Demonstrable track record in E&I planning in high-hazard industrial environments (COMAH preferred)
2. Expert in the maintenance and shutdown planning processes
3. Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or SAP
