Job description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E-Commerce Warehouse Manager to oversee operations. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, ensure efficient order fulfilment and maintain high standards of safety and organisation.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
2. Manage inventory levels, including stock control and replenishment.
3. Coordinate order fulfilment processes, ensuring timely shipping and delivery.
4. Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
5. Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and customer service, to streamline operations.
6. Analyse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments and returns.
8. Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not essential).
2. Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
3. Strong understanding of inventory management systems and software.
4. Excellent leadership and management skills.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
7. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
