Job Title: e-Commerce Trading Client Services Specialist

Location: Birmingham

Corporate Title: Associate

Deutsche Bank’s (‘DB’) eCommerce Client Services team (‘eCS’) are recruiting for electronic trading client support for the Autobahn Trading franchise.

The team is responsible for managing the requirements for DB’s Foreign Exchange client base. Providing support for platform delivery, risk management of orders/positions when connectivity is lost, working with clients to resolve trading issues, testing and demonstrating new products/functionality are key areas to manage.

eCS operates as a 24x5 global model with an emphasis on team collaboration across the global day. This involves working with Sales, Trading, Product, and Technology in addition to team colleagues.

A broad range of clients includes Hedge Funds, Institutional and Corporate customers, Government Agencies, Asset Managers, and Pension Funds.

Your key responsibilities
  • Responsible for team delivering on local and global initiatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with our client base to ensure their requirements are met on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and manage trading flow for proprietary trading applications and third-party trading offerings.
  • Manage client orders during technical outages and checking position totals.
  • Effectively manage risk to the Bank and Clients.
  • Help to facilitate growth by championing high value add activities.
Your skills and experience
  • Relevant product experience in FX is advantageous but not strictly essential.
  • Keen learner with flexibility to adapt and grow within the role.
  • Strong work ethic with client centric and reliable team player mindset.
  • Demonstrate accountability and seek aide from management when appropriate.
  • Display insight and ability in identifying issues, contributing towards resolution through effective communication.
  • Accurate, thorough and highly responsible with good attention to detail and time management skills.
