Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Location: Leeds, LS15

Salary: Up to 35k per annum DOE

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Hybrid: 3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of Amazon orders and invoices.
  • Review and collation of monthly chargeback data and collaborating with specialist 3rd parties.
  • Resolution of Amazon supply issues with timely escalation as required.
  • Support wider team on shipping, orders & invoicing if needed.
  • Development of Customer Supply Chain relationships including weekly meetings with Amazon.
  • Collaboration with 3PL providers Boughey and the Amazon planning team.
  • Operational lead for Amazon with overall focus on Amazon customer service.

About You:

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Supply Chain knowledge in similar manufacturing and supply planning processes with a proven specialism in E-commerce and specifically Amazon.
  • Strong IT capabilities across core MS Office and ERP systems like Sage, SAP, or others.
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders with a focus on customer collaboration.
  • Data input and processing of customer orders and invoicing, with the ability to accurately process and amend data.

  • Supply planning knowledge.
  • Customer engagement.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide peer support.
