Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Location: Leeds, LS15

Salary: Up to £35k per annum doe

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Hybrid: 3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities

1. Processing of Amazon orders and invoices.
2. Review and collation of monthly chargeback data and collaborating with specialist 3rd parties.
3. Resolution of Amazon supply issues with timely escalation as required.
4. Support wider team on shipping, orders & invoicing if needed.
5. Development of Customer Supply Chain relationships including Weekly meetings with Amazon.
6. Collaboration with 3PL providers Boughey and the Amazon planning team.
7. Operational lead for Amazon with overall focus on Amazon customer service.

About You

Key skills & experience:

1. Supply Chain knowledge in similar Manufacturing and Supply planning process with a proven specialism in Ecom and specifically Amazon.
2. Strong IT Capabilities across core MS Office and ERP systems like Sage, SAP or other.
3. Communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders with focus on Customer Collaboration.
4. Data input and processing of Customer orders and Invoicing, ability to accurately process and amend data.
