Main purpose of the role:

You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth across our websites by managing site performance, merchandising, CRO, and campaign execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices, and loves turning insight into action.

Website Trading & Operations
  1. Own day-to-day trading of both Shopify storefronts, ensuring optimal performance and on-site experience.
  2. Manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activity end-to-end.
  3. Monitor and react to performance metrics (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Ensure accurate, timely merchandising and product categorisation.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  1. Train and support junior members of the eCommerce team, helping them develop key skills and confidence.
  2. Collaborate with our CRM team to ensure onsite comms and customer journeys are aligned and high-performing.
  3. Work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, and Operations to deliver cohesive campaigns and experiences.
3rd Party & Platform Management
  1. Manage key third-party relationships including developers, translation agencies, payment providers, and 3PL partners.
  2. Oversee the briefing, delivery, and QA of new site features or fixes through our development partners.
  3. Work closely with external vendors to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
CRO & UX
  1. Identify friction points and optimise the customer journey using tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Shopify reports.
  2. Run A/B tests and implement learnings to improve performance.
  3. Drive mobile-first thinking across all eComm touchpoints.
Reporting & Analysis
  1. Regularly review and present site performance data with actionable insight.
  2. Report weekly on KPIs including revenue, conversion, AOV, UPT, and bounce rate.
  3. Feed learnings back into strategy for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years in a similar eCommerce role, ideally within fashion or DTC.
  2. Proven track record managing Shopify storefronts (Shopify Plus experience a bonus).
  3. Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Shopify Analytics, etc.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  5. Confident managing projects end-to-end and collaborating cross-functionally.
  6. Experience managing external vendors or development teams.
  7. Passion for eCommerce, fashion, and digital trends.
Preferred requirements:
  1. Experience with international eCommerce and multi-region storefronts.
  2. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Hotjar.
  3. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic front-end tweaks.
