ROLE OVERVIEW:
Working with the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), the E-Commerce Lead is responsible for managing and delivering LANX’s online presence, with a focus on our Shopify+ website. You’ll oversee and be responsible for site operations, optimise the customer journey, and ensure the website is aligned with our campaigns and brand vision.
Your mission? Manage the website and deliver an incremental increased conversion rate to drive our online sales through clear strategy and solid data-based decisions.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Website (Shopify+) Ownership
- Oversee and deliver on all daily operations, including CRO and development of LANX’s Shopify+ site, ensuring seamless functionality and up-to-date content.
- Own the customer journey from landing page to checkout, with a focus on optimisation and user experience.
- Implement CRO strategies to boost conversion rates and drive growth.
- Address and resolve any technical issues, keeping the site running smoothly, including 3rd party app integrations (reviews, email, data tracking etc).
E-Commerce Strategy & Reporting
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies that align with LANX’s business goals.
- Leverage analytics tools to track site performance, providing insights on traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Lead and deliver website projects, such as new feature rollouts, content updates, and technical enhancements, ensuring brand alignment.
- Work alongside marketing, creative, and operations teams to synchronise website activities with campaigns and product launches.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and developers for technical updates.
Innovation & Industry Trends
- Keep up with e-commerce trends, experimenting with new tools and best practices to enhance the LANX online experience.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Worked in consumer goods, fashion, online ecommerce for at least 7+ years
- 7+ years’ experience in e-commerce management, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
- Proficient with Shopify+, SEO, CRO, and website analytics.
- Proven track record in managing website projects and making data-driven improvements.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A natural collaborator who works well with internal teams and external partners.
WORKING ALONGSIDE:
Collaborates with the Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Web Development teams.

WORKING DAY & HOURS:
- Full time
- Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5pm
PLACE OF WORK:
- LANX HQ, Whalley, BB7 9YE
- Remote working not available in this role
ANNUAL LEAVE:
- Permitted 28 days annual leave per year
- Permitted a maximum of 5 days of annual leave in October each year
- Due to an exceptionally busy trading period, not permitted to take annual leave in November, December and the first 2 weeks of January
- There may be a Christmas shut down in December for all staff, for which annual leave must be used, dates tbc
- Please note bank holidays are regarded as normal working days at LANX - however staff may request these as annual leave
MUST WORK:
- 2 additional days around Black Friday - usually end of Nov
- For the above additional days annual leave will be granted, or you can be paid 1.5 your normal day rate
