Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies that drive customer retention and loyalty.
- Analyze customer data to create personalized marketing campaigns tailored to specific audience segments.
- Utilize Klaviyo to design, test, and optimize email flows.
- Optimize customer journeys through targeted messaging and relevant content delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to align email marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining brand consistency and high-quality standards across all email communications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Email Marketer or in a similar role focused on customer engagement and retention.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, marketing automation tools, and customer data analysis.
- Experience in developing personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo.
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling email copy.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance metrics analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or DTC industries.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and optimization strategies.
