Dynamics Functional Consultant/Developer

We are urgently hiring an experienced Dynamics Functional Consultant to lead a migration to Dynamics CRM for a large UK Government Department and to orchestrate the strategic design and maintenance of business solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Engagement and F&O. Need to have a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations, including DevOps practices.

Key Role Responsibilities:

1. Conducting discovery workshops to understand customer needs
2. Crafting tailored proposals that address client objectives
3. Managing end-to-end implementation of D365 projects
4. Implementing solutions using DevOps practices for efficiency and agility
5. Working with mixed implementation teams
6. Translating business processes into Solution requirements
7. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
8. Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and vision
9. Advising on best practices and continuous improvement strategies

Key skills and Experience:

1. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and previous product versions.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions & integrations for D365 Modules.
4. Strong consulting acumen and understanding of ERP from a functional and implementation perspective.
5. Conceptual knowledge of Dynamics 365 Applications.
6. Understanding of other Microsoft Technologies: Power Platform, Azure etc.
7. Solution Architect experience.
8. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
9. Experience working with third-party vendors.
10. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and to work with a team.
11. DevOps Experience and Pipeline Deployment.

4. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert (Certification ID: MB-700)

Essential Criteria:

Most of our clients are UK Public Sector and Defence so require Security Clearance. In order to qualify for Security Clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK for at least the last 5 years. If you are unable to meet this criteria, we cannot progress your application.
