Job description

Role: Dynamics 365 HR Functional Consultant

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Hybrid – 1 – 2 days per week in the office (London or Coventry)

Rates: Market Rates (Inside IR35)

About the role

Our client is about to undertake a digital transformation for the HR and Finance Operations functions across the organisation.

They have identified that they need to implement a new system, and that Microsoft Dynamics is the most suitable option. This will initially be a FinOps and HR module implementation, followed potential solutions to support these functions.

Skills Required:

  • Hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Technical expertise of FinOps software implementation and project life cycles and methodologies.
  • Track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects, to time and budget, with good knowledge of Project Management Accounting.
  • Ability to business partner and requirements gather with the wider business, specifically Project Management Lifecycle, Land, Loans & Grants into the HR & Finance function.
  • Integration exp with Dynamics 365
  • Strong HR background
  • Functional Consultant Background / Have written functional design docs
