Duct Fitter

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Duct Fitter to join our team in Northampton for a 1-month project. The successful candidate will be responsible for duct work, spiral work, and hanging units at a height of 3 meters, and must have a CSCS card with IPAF certification.

Responsibilities

1. Installing and fitting duct work and spiral work
2. Hanging units at a height of 3 meters
3. Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
4. Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks

1. CSCS card with IPAF certification
2. Prior experience in duct fitting and spiral work
3. Proficient in working at heights
4. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Excellent time management and organizational skills

1. Arrive at the designated work site on time and prepared for the day's tasks
2. Review work plans and collaborate with the team to prioritize tasks
3. Carry out duct fitting, spiral work, and unit hanging according to project requirements
4. Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times
5. Communicate progress and any challenges to the project manager
