Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits: £24k - £42k + Training + Benefits

We have an exciting opportunity within an established provider of Asbestos Management services who, due to continued growth, are now looking to take on a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. The successful candidate will be hard working and enthusiastic with extensive experience carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties across Commercial, Industrial, and Public Sector sites. Experience & Qualifications:

1. Will have experience carrying out surveying and analytical duties within a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
2. Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
3. Excellent IT skills, familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
4. Well versed in HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
5. Good communication, able to liaise with clients and colleagues efficiently.

The Role:

1. Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
2. Ensuring to carry out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
3. Conducting 4 stage clearances.
4. Undertaking background, leak, personal, and reassurance air testing.
5. Producing detailed, bespoke reports based on site findings.
6. Providing clients with excellent consultancy advice and support.
7. Continuing to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
8. Covering Commercial, Industrial, and Public Sector sites.
9. Working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
